CurrentStatus

The wxWebKit project is moving along slowly but steadily, with the MSW port in particular receiving a lot of bug fixing and improvements over the past few months. Many of these improvements came from the Digsby project (http://www.digsby.com), whose IM client is now in beta and uses wxWebKit to render its chat themes.

We are now working off of the WebKit trunk, which is benefiting us considerably thanks to the prompt efforts of the WebKit team to fix any breakages caught by the buildbot. It makes keeping up to date with new developments much easier than working off a branch, and it has allowed us to spend more time moving forward with the project.

But there's still a lot more to do. We'd love to add support for new compilers, simplify the build process, etc., but we need your help! We could really use dependency packages for various compilers, reports of build failures, and in general help testing and improving wxWebKit.
